My 2003 MDX just passed the magic 100k mark, so I got the full 100k service. Went to an independent shop that came highly recommended and I wasn't disappointed. Dealer wanted $2400 for everything.
Instead, I got it for $890, including all OEM parts for:
-timing belts
-timing belt tensioner
-water pump
-coolant
-spark plugs
-oil and filter
-transmission fluid
-center diff fluid
-rear diff fluid
-power steering fluid
-brake fluid
-alternator belt
-power steering belt

That's an excellent deal. I'm still about a year or two away from 100k, but I am close enough to Greenville that I would definitely be interested in the shop you used.

Considering all the labor involved....you did well. You're now ready another 100k easily. Goes to show dealership mark-up..... |
