I am going to marinate some chicken pieces in ZING ZANG over night, bake it since the weather sucks and will let you know just how good it is. It was recomended on their web site......
ZING ZANG is the BEST bloody mary mix on the planet!
For those who dare..............................................
Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix Chicken Breast or dark meat
2 whole chicken breasts or legs, thighs
1 medium onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 teaspoon dill weed
2 cups cooked sun dried tomato pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 cups Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix
2 carrots, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Skin and bone chicken breasts or other pieces (optional). Cut each in half. Marianate chicken in 1/2 cup Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix overnight.
Heat skillet, add butter and chicken breasts, turning after 5 minutes. Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic, simmer approximately 3 minutes. Add dill weed and 2 cups Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix. Simmer over low heat until chicken is done.
Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with green onions and parmesan cheese.
For and extra treat, add sun dried tomatoes.
Making it tonight as its been MARYnatin since Chelada hour yesterday..........
