| Acura (Canada) will void warranty if you don't do regular maintenance. One guy told me that if you just change the oil but don't do the regular schedule maintenance your warranty will be void if something happens. |

Should you have a problem that they can relate to a regular maintenance item, yes they can void the warranty for this particular problem.
Please read the warranty statement delivered with your MDX.
Some of the item suggested by the dealer is purely a money grabber.
eg. take the brake apart every 10K to clean them, measure them & lube the parts that requires it |
