| If any of you with the OEM daytime running lights system finds the DRL light lit on the dash and one or more of the high beam light bulbs inoperative, check the DRL module. It's above the brake pedal under the dash, mounted horizontally with a blue connector. Says "running lights module" or something similar on it. It slides towards the front of the vehicle to remove from the metal bracket, and has a plastic nub to keep it in place - a little force will pop it off. The plastic cap where the connector is pops out and then the circuit board slides out. Check the solder of the two black relay-looking things - the one controlling my right side high beam had cracked and wasn't making sufficient contact. I resoldered both relays and popped it back in - works perfectly now. Might save you the cost of a replacement module. |

| Err - thought I should add: you should obviously check the most simple solution of replacing a blown bulb first. :) |
