So lets say I love my MDX very very much. (This is true) And lets say that when I have a few extra minutes, I want to hop in the backseat to watch a few minutes of a movie on the RES screen.
It looks like I can control almost everything from back there. What I cannot figure out is how to raise and lower the volume.
Is there a way to control the volume from the backseats? I cannot figure it out for the life of me, maybe it's not possible.
I hope it's something easy so I can embarass myself.

| ..how about using the remote controller? Seems like it might work but I drive and have never sat in the rear. |

Sorry, I should have clarified - I'm specifically talking about controlling the volume when the audio is playing through the whole car. NOT using the headphones and NOT using the jacks in the back.
There's no volume button on the remote and none of the other buttons seem to control the volume.

| ..I don't think that you can control the volumn from the back if you eliminate the use of the remote and the headsets. I don't think that there are any other options. You might check with your dealer. Let us know what you find out. I'm sure some others might be interested in what you discover. |

I was looking for that too the other day and it doesn't seem that there is a way from the back seat. Which seems really strange since if someone is watching a movie wouldn't you want to give them full volume control back there?
Also, something a bit related is why can't I browse the folders on my MP3/WMA DVD from the back seat controls? My only option is doing a folder next until I hit the one I want...double  |
