Anybody have their lower control arms and bushings replaced yet
to take care of the mysterious clicking and knocking from the front
suspension during accleration and braking ( weight transfer from
front to back or vise versa ) |

I had only the bushing replaced back in early December and the noise has not come back yet.
I had the noise since day one (almost 1 year) and it was not a safety issue, just annoying.
Some reported having only the lower control arms replaced and then having the noise come back. I did read another thread here that the fix is not permanent yet and even in my case the noise might come back. Acura is 'working' with their supplier for a permanent fix according to that thread.

| You refer to it as a thud.. I hear clicking after I backup and go forward. My 04 X did the same thing and I don't think it's the same thing you are referring to. I do know the clicking is annoying!! |
