Hey guys,
I recently got an alarm system installed with two remote keys ( 2001 model i just bought and did not come with a stock alarm remote) .. So last night for some reason my boyfriend tried to lock the car with his remote and so did I at the same time... ok so whatever it beeped and locked. I then went back to the car to go get something, opened the door and the freakin stock alarm came on and that **** was loud woke up all my neighbors. So feeling like a total idiot... I tried to beep it to disarm it but it didnt work so my boyfriend had to disconnect the battery. Did those people who installed the alarm for me forget to cut off the stock alarm?? |

Did you tell installers of the new alarm to disable the stock alram? If not they probably did nothing to it.

| A good installer would of done it right the first time. Who knows what they did. Take it back and get it fixed. |
