Apropos to this article, go take a look at the windshield/roof damage done to the MDX in the 2007+ thread -- this was done by a thrown wheel. Ouch. I don't know how fast the X was going (highway speeds, I'm assuming, since this happened on 1-95), nor do I know where the wheel came from (was it thrown from an overpass, or did it fly off of a car traveling on the same road?), but either way it's not too encouraging, in spite of the fact that both occupants were fine.
