My 2004 MDX has a "Pressureized" gas leaking noise coming from behind the center console.
This noise "comes on" when
1. Engine is started AND
2. And the climate control fan is ON
However, this does not happen all the times but very often. And it wont go away until the car is shut down for a while....
I also notice this is no AC (not cold) recently, will they be related?
This is quite annoying....Any one has any ideas?

| Maybe a freon leak but I am not sure that would be located behind the center console. I would think most of that equipment is up front. Does the noise come and go if you turn on/off the A/C? |

I dont think turning off A/C would turn this off, but turning off the Climate Control (FAN) would.
Seems like it has to be a combination of engine ON and climate fan ON.
The noise comes from behind the console, closer to the floor.
Any more help/idea?
