March 24 (Bloomberg) -- Sirius Satellite Radio Inc.'s proposed $4.59 billion acquisition of XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. won U.S. antitrust clearance to create a single U.S. satellite-radio provider. Shares of both companies surged.

| Still needs the FCC approval, looking forward to it as I picked up some Sirius stock on the cheap a while back and there should be a nice bounce once this is 100% compete!:2: |

| I wonder how it's going to work with our XM. Will Acura have to replace something in the vehicle or would we have to buy it if we wanted to listen to the new XM/Sirius? |

| I doubt Acura or any other mfg. is going to retrofit the existing receivers....my guess is there might be an adapter or something tha you will have to buy to be able to listen to the service you currently don't have. |

I'm guessing in the beginning each will carry the other's programming on their own channels. Much easier that way. |
