Anyone ever been able to get a hold of a live person when calling Sirius Radio for Activation, renewal or change of service?
I've tried calling them several times and have waited over 30 minutes on 2 occasion and still no one answer. |

Yes and I could even understand them and they took care of my issue in about 5 minutes. I had activated the HON-SC1/SCC1 only to find it doesn't integrate well with the Tech package. The Sirius customer service rep even gave me a 100% refund. It was easy.
I really was surprised that the process was easy. I have dealt with too many customer service agents that I could not understand and they only had knowledge of the "script" from their manual. Case in point is Dish Network. I had once ordered the NBA package. Then each subsequent year it was automatically billed and each year I had to call and have it taken off. Each time I called I spoke to someone with a heavy Indian accent and always received grief. The last time I was treated very rudely and I cancalled Dish on the spot. Some companies that have shipped their service over seas are now bringing them back.
Just keep calling. I think the key is the time of day you call. I called about 2pm PST. |
