just wanted to say how much i love how this engine sounds! i put it in manual and rev to 4000rpm just to hear it! and then when you back off the gas and you hear what i think are the valves, so sweeet

I'm with you on this one, Mr. Blaza. Even though I've vowed to put the kibbosh on such wanton displays in deference to the ever-increasing cost of premium, every now and then I dig into the throttle a bit just to let the engine sing.

4000 rpm and up is where the action is, though spending too much time in this rarified neighborhood will cost you at the pump. Of course, like most things in life, if you want to play, you've got to pay.

Oh, I let mine purr all Sat, while on a Acura Meet/Drive in Austin TX. We went into the hill country with Lots O'Curves, fast drivin, and some good ole BBQ. This piece of well tuned machinery hugs curves very well. :29:

not to burst your bubble, but if you think your 04 blew you away on those twisties, take an 07 + Sport and then you'll be baffled...I use to frequent "hippie hollow"....are you familiar with that gorgeous area of North Austin ?
No pun intended...

Thats what one of the guys said too! But to answer your question about the Austin Area, that was the first time I have gone in the hills. Very nice scenery there. I'm already planning to go back... and find this place called Salt Lick again for some good BBQ!

You are welcome to join us next time, I will be in the late summer/early fall. I'll keep everyone posted! BTW, Salt Lick was Mmm Mmm GOOD! :29:

The last Acurazine crowd meet hosted here was nothing but RICERS that lied and all they wanted to do was speed on public highways after a brief meet. It was my last ......WOT (Waste Of Time)
