Recently purchased a 2004 MDX Touring with Nav & RES. It has ~72k miles, and includes the remainder of a 7 year, 100k mile Acura Care warranty. I paid $17,500 for it.
Since purchasing, with the help of this forum, I bought a service manual, and replaced the front & rear brake pads, as it was still on the originals. Thanks to previous posts about replacing brake pads.

Thanks for all the welcomes!
My wife & I were very excited to find such a nice vehicle (with AWD) for the price... and, it has DVD for the little one.
And, because I purchased from an individual, we didn't have to pay any sales tax. :D
After some more browsing, it looks like I need to get the driver's side power seat fixed... when going front to back (or vice-versa), it only moves about an inch at a time. I noticed it when I bought it, but I assumed that maybe that was some sort of "feature"... but, I guess not.

| ...look under the seat for any obstructions to the seat's movement. Previous owner might have left something under there that catches on the seat or driving mechanism. got nothing to loose. Please keep us posted on how this problem is fixed. thanx. |

Thanks for the TSB link!
The position sensor replacement (per TSB) fixed the driver's power seat. Covered by Acuracare warranty.
The dealer had my car almost 4 days... but, they gave me an MDX loaner to drive, so no big deal.
Also had the dealer look at a front end vibration that would start around 65-70 mph. Turns out that I had a tire that was way out of balance.
Additionally had a brake fluid flush done. Didn't look like the previous owner ever had it done.
