| Price is heavily dependant on the geographic market. In Dallas TX that would be a very good deal in my opinion. .... Out of curiosity, what city do I have to go to in order to get a deal like that? |

| I think your deal is pretty good if it's touring with NAV. I recently checked out what my super clean 2005 Silver touring/NAV with 38,000 miles was worth in Massachusetts. None of the dealers would come close to my lease buyout of $25,800. The feedback I got was that wholesale (auction) price was around $20,000 (maybe your lower miles is worth another $1,000). The CPO procedure, which probably included tires, probably cost the dealer around $1,000. So, I think the dealer would only be making around $1,000, which is working pretty thin on a used car. I'm going to extend my lease while I figure what I want to do. The 2005 was a great year for the MDX. I think you will be very happy with it. |
