The battery for my X drains and cause the car not able to start after about 4-5 days not driving.

The dealer has perform service for bulletin 07-052, but it's not solving the problem.

Is there anyone else experiencing this problem? Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Get the alternator harness/cables checked and make sure they are making good contact.

Ask the stealer to check the voltage charge and battery's ability to retain the power.

You are not leaving things cell/cb radio/appliances/ plugged into the sockets anywhere are you...some may be hot inspite of it saying they go off with ignition.

have them shut off the car, hook up a multimeter to the battery, close the hood, lock the car and wait 10 minutes, after 10 minutes if there is a power draw, that is excessive, more than 50 milliamps, disconnect fuses in the motor bay until the extra draw stops. This will isolate the area in which the problem is.

How do you read milliamps with a multimeter without putting it in series of the circuit?

no idea, I told the tech at acura to do this for my old 06 MDX and he said it was drawing 243 milliamps instead of the usual 20. I think he may have used the honda battery tool though.

Ok.
Setting a multimeter on an amperage scale and paralleling across voltage can be dangerous. Hopefully only the internal fuse blows and not your meter or your hand.

To truly read amperage with a multimeter you would need to series it in the circuit. They make "clamp on" amperage meters that work without breaking the wiring, but typically are not down to the fine milli-amp scale.

Now before anyone corrects me that fine resolution ones exist, realize I am talking about what we all may have commonly available to us.

Voltage is measured in parallel, current in series.
Many meters have a separate 10A banana plug jack (larger internal fuse). If your first measurement is under, say, 100mA and you then need more resolution and have a 100mA scale on the meter you can switch to the other jack and test safely. There may be a bit of a turn on surge, so you might have to start with the cable on the battery terminal and then lift it off with the meter circuit still across the terminal and cable. (If this sounds like a pain, get a clamp on meter!)

I learned the hard way that the day time running lights stay on if you do not set the parking brake. I sat in the driveway with my one day old MDX and almost killed the battery in a bit over an hour learning some of the voice prompts etc.

When I turned the key to start it the starter solenoid stuttered for a second and it barely turned over. It dumped the radio, so I had to reenter the code. But it also did more:

A few days later I discovered that the windows and sunroof would no longer open from the key fob, but thought I had to reset some obscure setting. Then a day later I found that the passenger window would open from the passenger side switch but not the driver side. It took the dealer about 30 minutes to "re learn" (re flash?) the car.

Before measuring current you want to make sure you have your radio & nav codes in hand and shut things like the stereo and lights down that might push you past 10A on a meter. I would either get the blessing from the dealer (and find out what else in the car might get amnesia) or use a $70 clamp on DC meter:

I had this happen to me as well.. I took it to the dealer 3 times and they could not fix the problem.. Everytime I went there they assured me that they figured it out.. Finally after I called the 4th time the admitted they had no clue...Then I threatened to file for lemon law Suddenly they had a corporate rep/tech come down and look over the vehicle.. He could not figure anything either? The next day they claim Acura had another car in Boston with the same problem.. Asked me to give them a few days.. They had my car for another week and then finally explained it was an issue with the radio, and the amp not turning off when the car is off.. I would assume bad remote turn-on in the radio...It has been 3 months and I have not had any issues...I made them give me sport running boards, wood shift knob, and front and rear garnishes for my troubles and driving back and forth and for me to not file a lawsuit..
