| Hi, I'm a newbie here. Just wondering if anyone else has the running boards and have noticed that it's discoloring? Should they be doing that? I wonder if it's a defect and if I could get the dealership to replace them if they are indeed faulty. |

Mine still look brand new (purchased in September '07). What color may I ask are your side steps turning?
In any case, no, they should not be discoloring, and to the best of my knowledge, they should be covered for the life of your MDX's warranty.

Hi Adam,
Certain parts of the steps are turning opaque white. I bought them May '07. I could take a picture of it and post it later. I guess I could ask the dealership to look at it.

Gotcha. Yeah, they definitely shouldn't be doing that. Next time you're at your stealer, point this out and demand that they be replaced. I highly doubt that they'll give you any trouble over this.
