Hi Everyone
I have 2003 Acura MDX with non projector headlights what I like to do change to projector headlights from 04,05,06 Acura MDX. The question is are they interchangeable i can deal with bulb harness that not a problem, will they fit like oem or any cutting required or modification needed, :confused: I don't want to buy the headlights form 04,05,06 MDX and find out they are not interchangeable. Can some one help. Thanks |

Try the search button but yes they can be swapped out no problem. You will just need the adapter and new H11 bulbs. |

| Aren't the 03s halogen and 04s HID? Are the ballasts and everything built into the assembly, can one just swap it out and get a harness converter. I'd think the switch would be more difficult. |

04,05,06 have no hid's from factory. i just chacked from Acura Dealer.
but u can go aftermarhit hid's thats what i m going to do. |

Headlights will fit fine.
Here is a link to the adapter to make the conversion plug and play. |

You need 2.
Yup, 04-06 headlights are projectors with NO HID. |

Wow, thanks. I may pick up a set since I like how they look. Does they use the same bulbs? I don't even know if the 01-02 is dual-filament or two separate bulbs (never looked). |

Like I stated above, the 04-06 takes h11 bulbs for lows as opposed to 9006 for 01-03. Both use 9005 for highs. |
