My truck is on swapalease as a new lease program. I recently received a call from a guy who is very interested assuming my lease which has 16 months left. I called acura finance and they said due to my situation they will allow someone to assume my lease BUT with me on the lein. So bascially I am still responsible for the truck if he does not pay.
Has anyone convinced acura to drop them from the lease and release the truck to someone else?
ANY help will be appreciated

thank you for your comment I have a feeling I am in a world of trouble. I am NOT going to be on the lein and it looks like they will not remove me from the lease.

| Is it possible to have someone buy out the lease in full or the whole car in full? Which I mean, have someone else pay for it and take it over. |

it is possible but very difficult because acura will not release the title till I pay the truck off |
