| i just bought an 04 mdx touring, and the nav needs a code. i got the code from the dealer with the vin and nav serial #, but it keeps saying incorrect pin, dealer is stumped. they even had me try repeats like 0000, 9999, ect. rear view camera still works. any recommendations |

| Did you try disconnecting then reconnecting the battery? You'll need the radio code too if you do this. Is the NAV code not written down - manual, glovebox, not an ashtray are usual locations? |

| yes, i tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. i searched the whole front end of this car and nothing, plus the car didn't come with a user manual. the dealer gave me the 2 codes for the car, the radio code works, but the navi doesnt. and when i bought the car it didnt have the nav dvd, so i had to get one. i heard the 04 came with the orange one, so thats the one i got. Thanks for your help, but do you know anything else i would be able to try? |

Just call Alpine directly. They can look up your code by your serial #.
