The above discusses how to fix it, but I had this repair done back in December and the noise is back for me.
As long as I know it is not a safetly issue at this point I really no longer care. I turn up the radio and even when the radio is off, this noise has become a character my vechicle. |

| Is this something that I would be able to detect during the initial test drive or is this something that may happen down the road? |

^^ most likely down the road ...
I don't have this issue either ...at least i don't think so ...but i remember there was a thread in here that said acura was making a permanent fix for this in April-May 08 since the only repair before was replacement ...then it would happen again eventually.
If anyone knows more about this permanent fix and if it was accomplished please post...thanks :) |
