| Is anyone aware of a source to purchase electric folding mirrors for the 2008 MDX? I was told they may be available in Japan, but the person was not sure. I don't care if they are OEM or not, just that they would fit, look decent and work. |

| I PMed ATSUO TANAKA, since he is a member from Japan. We'll see what he says, unless someone else knows. |

I think he ment to say china :p ....the old mdx was sold in Japan but i don't think the new model is. It's definitely sold in china though:
The Acura brand was first introduced to China in September 2006 and its RL and TL models had not met their sales goal in the country by the end of May 2007.
Acura MDX, a mid-size luxury crossover SUV, was launched in mid-2007 in the country, which proved a turning point for the brand, whose sales rocketed over 300 percent to more than 900 units during the second half of last year. |

To MidnightMDX:
Wow, what a great group! Please let me know what you learn. I really appreciate this. That feature is about the only thing the vehicle lacks, and it is almost a necessity for the MDX to fit in my garage. |

This is a great feature, that I also miss especially when parking in tight shopping mall spaces, garages when you have SUVs and minivans parked on both sides.
To the home garage guy I can only suggest, roll down the window and hand close the left mirror. At least...that gives you six more inches...and as any guy knows thats a lot more !!!
