I was going to say! I think we have yet to hit 80 this year. I think the record is May 31st for the latest date to reach 80. Our spring has been cool so far and it looks to be in the 60s/70s the rest of the week. |

Ah, well, at least in Buffalo we don't have any insects that you can ride :D
Don't think I've ever seen a cockroach in my life. Aside from the occasional spider or ant, at least pestilence is kept to a minimum ;) |

View from the handlebars....being a 20 plus year old two stroke, she's a cantankerous machine, even though I did a new top end, oversize piston, and carb rebuild.
Wouldn't trade it for a couch on wheels though! ;) |

Well, hopefully the heat wave is over here in the Northeast. It was in the mid 90's since Saturday. Today the X was out and around central Jersey where it was saying 102 degrees. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

90 in the pool is the "warmest" I can deal with otherwise its like taking a bath and NOT accomodating....
112 is too hot as well!
We are having LONG BEACH weather in the evenings which is a nice change. The fog has returned on the coast and its welcome! NO need for AC!:4: :4: |

| midnightMDX |

90 here too, as hot as it gets so far. 112-114 is really really irritating heat for me. No thank you.
LONG BEACH weather? Apparently Long Beach is no longer an ideal weather spot as before. Couple weeks back, it has gone beyond 90's. We're thinking of migrating to Huntington Beach within the next 10 years. This is the place where truely no A/C is required in any house. |
| Fabvsix |
Once in a while the temp gets hot. Its called a "heat wave", but most of the time LB is perfect. Yesterday my cousin husband called to bloat about the tempurature at 7 p.m. It was 74 so was Antioch! FOG is BIG time in Huntington and the people are NOT friendly there! Trust me on that one.....a little "red neck" town on the coast.....NO THANKS !
Look in "Belmont Shores" within Long Beach and make sure you have a few millions for a bungalow house! |
| LionSpeed |
Belmont shores? just OK area. We'll see. It's just a plan, not even a solid one yet.
BTW, got all my Zaino's last week, all the Z's in the Z's boxes. Too damn hot to apply anything so the X has to wait. Chelada however is always chilled to near freezing point & ready anytime. ;) |
| Fabvsix |
| My cousin's pad in BELMONT SHORES. They NEVER lock their doors! VERY SAFE part of LB. There are some snitty area's of LB as well.....In fact when I arrived once I left the rear hatch WIDE OPEN all night long with my LV bag in the MDX parked on the street in front of their house! Everything was there the next morning.....I don't know what you are talking about it being an OK place.... |
| Fabvsix |
| And to top it off it even has a 1 bedroom apartment in the rear where the rent pays their monthly mortgage. I don't know whats wrong with that????????????????? |
| Fabvsix |
And their $15,000.00 french made stove is quite nice too!
Burp ! |

highs in the 112-116 range are normal, I have lived here for 11 years and the hottest it has been is 118
The temperature of the pool is relative to the outdoor temp, if it is 20 degrees cooler than outside, it feels great. You even get a chill when you get out.
I have a floating cooler of beer in the pool, so that keeps everyone happy... that and the umbrella |
| LionSpeed |
| We're cooling down a bit. Much better than last week hitting close to triple digits. |
| Fabvsix |
Air quality this week is the WORSE I've seen it. With all these freaking fires in the NORCAL we've had NO sun since this past Saturday. Not exaggerating either. Smells like a boy scout camp fire day in day out....Looks like a Volcano errupted with ASH clouds covering the BAY area. It sucks donkies and surprised other folks from this area haven't chimed in......
So I closed all the windows, turned on the Central AC and decided to celebrate closing "3" deals with a start value of $530,100.00 !!!!!!
My Chelada glass is chilling.....bURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRP.......
MUAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAH MUAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHA:2: :2: :2: :2: :2: :2: |

Back to the topic before we get carried away. OP, you've asked, How hot are you?
Well, according to my wife & my mistresses, they all think I'm pretty damn hot. :D |

| Fabvsix |
You know when you have stumbled across a ZAINO junkie when you see this shredded cotton towel........
40th layer in da works Sunday...........
Goes good with Chelada too !
:1: :1: |
| LionSpeed |
I give you that you Zaino junkie/ Chelada junkie. Heck you're just a JUNKIE period... :p
My buddy told me not to wax the new painted bumper for a month. After a month, I plan to start with AIO & buff w/ Z6. Then wait for a week & wash w/ Z7, then Z5 polish, then Z6 buff. Then the following week, buff w/ CS and Z6.
Fab the Zaino Junkie, can you confirm these steps? |
| Fabvsix |
That's all good either way.....z5, z6, lazy stuff back to z6 etc...
I don't even wash the RL .......just a quick califookya duster wipe, Z6 buff, then Z5, then Z6 or Grand Finale............A swig of Chelada between application is important.....Going back to Fiddle Town for my upcoming birthday weekend !
Can't wait. Boo and Dix love those 5 acres! |
| LionSpeed |
Well of course, a refreshing swig of chelada every 10 minutes in between application is standardized in my Zaino book. Have fun at Fiddle town. :)
BTW, B & D got their thingie fixed yet? |
| Fabvsix |
| Did you not get my PM about BOO and Dix getting their "fixins".....yes, they are fat and happy now......today makes it two weeks. Now I can bath them or toss em in the pool and let them play ruff......... |
| LionSpeed |
| Oh yeah, normal summer weather is here. Mild warm during the day & coooolll at night. Burp! |
