I own a MDX 2004 and I love it. I purchased it with the cargo liner. It is great, but after a year the velcro attach
points began to peel away from the plastic molding on the side windows.
Acura attaches the velcro with two sided sticky tape. Eventually the tape comes off. It's a lame way to attach velcro and I'm surprised Acura sells it this way.
Anyhow, I love the liner and I've tried to epoxy/glue the velcro to the plastic molding several times. Each time, the
glue peels away from the plastic molding. I found an epoxy that had no trouble sticking to the nylon backing of the velcro, but it failed to grab the plastic molding on the side windows.
Does anything in the world adhere to this plastic? That stuff is worse than teflon!
