| I was just about to pull the trigger on the OEM rails, but I too have the same views. I'm researching the Thule and Yakima systems - they seem to be the most versatile. Good examples from other members in this forum too. The only concern I'd have is strength/safety using a 'clamp style' mount vs. one that is permanently fastened. Apart from skis/bikes/box carrier it's gotta be strong enough for our canoe. |
