The day after his wife disappeared in a boating accident, a Louisiana man answered his door to find two grim-faced Louisiana State Troopers. "We're sorry Mr. Boudreau, but we have some information about your wife," said one trooper.

"Tell me! Did you find her?!" Boudreau shouted.

The troopers looked at each other. One said, "We have some bad news, some good news, and some really great news. Which do you want to hear first?"

Fearing the worst, an ashen Boudreau said, "Give me the bad news first."

The trooper said, "I'm sorry to tell you, sir, but this morning we found your wife's body in Lake Ponchartrain."

"Oh my God!" exclaimed Boudreau. Swallowing hard, he asked, "What's the good news?"

The trooper continued, "When we pulled her up, she had 12 fat crabs clinging to her."

Stunned, Boudreau demanded, "If that's the good news, what's the great news?"

The trooper said, "We're going to pull her up again tomorrow."

You better keep the boys away from that Cajun Princess niece of yours. Like a boat motor, they will steal her away in a heartbeat if you're not lookin'.

Ever eat at Pat's on the Bayou Amy in Henderson? Kin to my wife, we eat there every time we visit the home land of Cecilia. If you've been around for a while, you may have even noticed that the place burns down every time Pat takes a new wife. Then it's rebuilt even bigger. I'm sure that it's just some sort of coincidence. Or perhaps Mr. Huval is taking marital advice from his old time buddy, Mr. Edwin Edwards.

Trixie,
I've been in California too long so no I haven't been to Henderson in years. I do know of the place as my parents would probably tune in to your same suspect!

That is my brothers daughter, only daughter and you don't want to mess with his girl. She is in her first year of colleage and has a good head on her shoulder. Here is a picture of her Dad, my brother currently in training to head to Iraq for 12 months....
Poo yie as we say !

I wish your brother a safe tour in Iraq. I would hate to be the young man who calls on your niece just to meet your brother at the door with a .45 strapped on his waste.

I've attached a photo of my princess (daughter) on a recent trip to my central coast homeland. At 15, she is as smart as a med student with the study habits of a drop out. At times, I'd consider a trade for a solid boat motor. Just kidding...she's a good kid.

what happened to my photo?
