My 05 Touring has a weird thing going on...the TPMS light comes on and stays on about once a week. No rhyme nor reason, just comes on when i turn the key and stays on. the next time i start the car, it does what it's supposed to do...comes on and then goes out.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks. |

| That was a problem with your vintage MDX. My 2005 did the same thing and I had to have the TPMS module replaced, as did many others with 2005's. Covered under warranty. |

Is there a TSB about this issue anywhere? How long did they need your car to do the repair?
Thanks! |

As I recall, it took 1 visit to verify the issue (<30 minutes), and then they ordered the part (TPMS module), then another visit of about an hour to replace it.

| They said there were a bunch of codes stored up from a voltage spike. They cleared the codes and said that should do the trick. Hope it does the trick, but if that TPMS light stays on again, I'm gonna keep the 08 MDX they let me use for a rental!! lol |
