question for all that have (or have continued with) real time traffic. I'm in northern NJ and ... I've found it to be an almost useless option. It only shows traffic on Rt-80 (major east west interstate highway that goes way out to Cali). Other major state highways by me are not covered and that really chaps my arse because those are the ones I use the most. Rt.17, Rt.4, Rt.3, Garden State Parkway - nada. Real time nav also shows an 'accident' where they have been doing construction for the past year or so - meaning they cant even get the issues right!! wtf ??

I'm travelling at least 3-4 different freeways a day & the NAV live traffic is pretty amazingly accurate. I would say 95% accuracy. The other 5% dues to lack of delay updates.

oh - I don't doubt its accuracy at all - the 'construction as accident' was just an aside. On several drives out to the end of Long Island, NY, it has been incredibly accurate.

What really bothers me is the lack of coverage relative to where I live - I would have hoped that local state highways would have been covered. I am not talking about little state roads masquerading as highways - rt. 4 leads to the Geo Washington Bridge and the Garden State Parkway runs north/south from the NY border down to Delaware.

In the NY metro area, I found Nav traffic useless: it was always red.
Hey, thanks! Now I know that I'm living in a traffic locked area!
While I can't blame the Nav traffic, I didn't want to pay for that informaiton.
