Got a chance this weekend to do a full detail on it. Process was as follows:
- Wash with Optimum Car Wash
- Clay with Zaino clay bar
- Wash with Optimum Car Wash
- Four Star Ultimate Pre-Wax Cleaner, applied with UDM using white pad
- Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection (UPP) applied with UDM using red pad
- Danase Wet Glaze applied by hand
- Four Star UPP applied with UDM using red pad
- Windows cleaned with Duragloss #761 Glass Cleaner
- Rain-X applied to windshield
- Interior leather wiped with Four Star Ultimate Leather Cleaner, then Conditioner
- Interior plastic surface cleaned with Optimum Protectant Plus spray
- Wheels cleaned with Four Star Ultimate Wheel Cleaner
- Tires dressed with Four Star Ultimate Tire Protectant Gel
The paint was very clean coming from the dealer and I've only had the MDX for three weeks, so there were little to no swirls.
