| Just waxed my new MDX. In dong so, got some wax on the gray front bumper. It does not come off by rubbing or with a little water. What do you suggest I do to remove the unwanted wax? |

| use car soap, but do not use any sort of polish, that will ruin the finish on the plastic |

| Try using smooth not chunky peanut butter.....and as silly as this sounds it works. |

Just what is "car soap"? Do you mean liquid car wash? |

Like zaino car wash (z-7), meguires car wash soap, etc. Just the regular soap you use to wash your car, but if you do use dish-washing soap, it will strip ALL wax, be careful |

| What should do for both gray front and rear bumpers of X when zainoing the X? Will you leave them untouched or apply zaino too? How about windshield and windows glasses? Can I use zaino on them? Hope it is not off the topic. Thanks. |

I've used 303 Protectant to clean wax off of the plastic bumpers, and to clean them in general.
I wouldn't use Zaino on the black plastic, but you can use it on the glass. |

| Hello all. One of the best ways to deal with this is to avoid it in the first place by applying 303 (or whatever you use) to plastic and rubber prior to waxing. Most people get in the habit of applying 303 as the final step in the wash and use that same sequence when waxing. |

Same reply here as for the question of how to remove tree sap.
A little alcohol will remove the wax and not hurt the bumper. Also acetone, etc.
