08 X - Third Row Headrest issues

Hi,
I've noticed that the headrests in the third row aren't that easy to adjust. The headrest on the driver side is difficult to adjust while the one on the passenger side is extremely easy (almost like it can fall out of the slot). Anyone else have a similar issue?
