On my 2004 MDX the dealership tells me the ITM valve is giving a hard fail indication. The part is being air freighted in and can be installed in a couple of hours.
What led up to the replacement was the VTM-4 would shift in when accelerating from a stop. The VTM-4 engagement button in the cab would not shift out of engagement with out turning off the engine. Next the "emission indicator" light would come on and stay on for many start/stops.
Anybody heard of this situation? |

| I never heard of this issue. How many miles do you have? What type of driving did you do? Were you using VTM4 alot? |

| Not using the VTM-4 except in winter. Normal city driving. 69000 miles on car, getting 19-20 consistent milage in city. Guess I drive like a little old man. |
