My 04 MDX's warranty will expire next month. Should I go to dealer for 45K service/checkup hoping they will find any defect before warranrty expire? The car runs great and doesn't have any problem now. How much the extended waranty cost (say, upto to 7 years/100K miles)?

04's are pretty solid. With the amount of miles you have, there shouldnt be many issues. Doesnt hurt to get a check up.
