I've said it before & I'll say it again. Very Nice. One comment tho, still like the original location of dolphin (bottom of the pool) than on the side wall. Don't ask me why or how. It could be it's just me getting used to looking at it being on the bottom calmly with reflective sun ray. Beside, the old dolphin gave me sense of depth.

.... Ok ok, I'll stop. :D

It would have been too busy in the same spot as I lost about a foot when the went to a 12 inch spa dam wall from the 6 inch originally. So adding the tiles to the step, then the dolphin, then the gorgeous river rock wall was just "too" much for that area. Now it gives a large cleaner look. Its espically cool under water looking at the dolphin. The kids will get a kick out of it. I had a choice of other mosaics but the "dolphin" was most popular and NOT trendy like the other items (fish, birds, you name it......) Replaster my pool is about $14,000.00 smakaroos and that is the ONLY time to place your new mosaic......
Here are some the tortures I went thru........I'm just glad its over...

Then removal of the LARGE love bench!

Thank you guys! It is great to know some of you missed me. This project, between my job, my elderly parents in New Iberia (Gustav/Ike), a 4.2 earthquake centered in Alamo which is very close to us was enough to send me over the edge esp.with 23,000 gallons of water not in the pool. Not being able to do anything being here in California to assist my parents was nerving to say the least. I can't tell you how many crews it took to repair my pool. I was passive in looking at the threads here but determined to stay focused and get this completed before returning to my favorite play ground (MDX org). Yes I still have the RL in the garage in storage. She just turned 20,456 miles ytd and is going on 5 years old. I took Boo and Dix for ride yesterday and she's still like new and gets lots of ZAINO attention on the road......I grilled some chicken for the first time since July 14th, when my back yard became a contruction zone......It's nice to have peace and quite back......:1: :1:

I plan to have an "opening party" and open this especial stuff.....Has anyone tried it yet?   BevMo has it for only $239.99 a bottle which most liquor stores are asking $259.99 each........
