Matt is the salesman that I was dealing with when I ordered my MDX. Very nice and straight forward. They were charging over MSRP on their dealer installed options, but they were not forcing you to get any. I ordered mine with out any options at all. When I cancelled he was very understanding and returned my check on the spot. The 2 year free standard maintainance sounded like a good deal. When I do eventually purchase a MDX it will be through him.

Excuse me if I missed something, but for the benefit of those who haven't purchased, yet (not me)...... How much does this service cost. I know you said free, but does that mean that you charge more than MSRP for the car, or do you include it with the price of the vehicle like Mercedes and Audi?
Also, how long does someone have to wait, on average, in order to get one if they ordered now? |
