I just had the rear bumper garnish installed by the dealer and I noticed that there are 2 very small rivets along the upper part of the garnish. Is this normal or did my dealer screw up! I was thinking that they didn't want to remove the rear bumper and took a shortcut, but when I called them, they said that the rivets come on the stock piece and are holding a bracket on the inside. Any input would be greatly appreciated before I pursue this further with the dealer.
