| I would use them only when needed like when going to the beach or on a camping trip etc..... Last time to Malibu with a full load there was sand every where! The shoe prints I see would drive me nuts too!.....Thanks for the real world shots ! :cool: |

Good pics, but my bias is to get the other mats. I like the grooves as they help a bit to keep your pants dry if you bring in a lot of slush in the winter.
I guess both have their appeal since they are selling both.:)
Question though, why did you get black instead of grey? |

Good question I have grey and tan floor liner in my other cars and I noticed if you wear black or colored rubber soles the rubber marks is more noticeable. Especially if you're hauling kids at the back. |

I did the same thing but with the OEM all-weather mats. Originally the dealer put the matching gray mats (for Taupe interior), although it came with a black cargo mat. I put both colored mats and decided the black added a nicer contrast to the interior, not to mention would show dirt and scuffs less! |

Hmm,
I must be lucky then. I had tan in my 01, and they actually hid dirt and SALT much better than my black ones that I have in my car.
I had a black cargo tray, but just ordered a grey one for the new ride.
Well, I'm starting to hijack the thread. Sorry.
Good points to consider though when deciding which color to get.
