Looking for a tire to use as a full size spare? Need an extra OEM tire to replace a flat?

Condition: Used, no damage
Tread Depth: ~9.5/32" remaining, ~2500 miles of use
Price: $85 per tire
Shipping & Handling: $25 per tire
Tire Rack Price: $202 per tire (not including S&H)
These tires were removed from our 2008 MDX Sport after ~2500 miles of use. There is still ~9.5/32" remaining tread depth.
During the winter we make frequent trips to the mountains, but not frequent enough to justify dedicated snow tires/rims. In anticipation of this, we replaced the OEM tires with a set of Goodyear Fortera TripleTreds for better snow/ice traction.
We kept one of the OEM tires to use as a full size spare, and have already sold the other one to Hodog16 (who will also use it for a FSS). Below are some pics. I tried to get a good pic with the ruler showing the remaining tread, but it came out blurry.
