| Hi, I had recently purchased an 03 MDX with 102 k Miles on it. I bought it from an auction and at that time, I noticed that the front engine mount was broken. I got that replaced from a shop at a local Exxon Gas Station. Soon after that, I noticed that a strange noise coming from under the hood. It sounds like some metal part is rubbing against something. I hear it only when the engine is idling and goes away once I start driving. I was just curious if it could be something serious... |

| Congrats on the new ride and Welcome! That noise could be anything. All you can do is listen to it and locate the problem. Bring it back to the shop and tell them. |
