Hi everyone. Does anyone have an aftermarket remote starter for the 07+ MDX?? I know Acura sells an OEM starter, but I just can't get over the fact that the vehicle would shut off once the door is opened. That means you need to start the vehicle twice. Also, the range really sucks.
So, I am in the market for an aftermarket starter, and I am looking for good recommendations. Thanks!! |

| I have never had a remote starter before so how does an after market one work? Once the car is remote started you dont have to turn it off and then start it with a key to use the car? |

once u have the viper installed, u don't use your key to unlock ur doors anymore. Remote start ur car with ur viper remote then unlock ur door with ur remote witch deactivate ur alarm then stick the key in the ignition. That's it. Make sure when u get the viper installed they use a good module so u don't use spear key in the alarm. |

| We had the Compustar 2 way starter installed when we bought our MDX. Works fine, only drawback is you have to carry 2 fobs with you. |
