Hi all, We just picked up our new (to us) 2004 black beauty MDX with tech package, The dealer was a fair drive (3 hrs, there is a closer dealer but did not have what we wanted and sold our old Escalade so needed a new one right away) but instead of driving there (Bad back) the Acura dealership paid for my wife and I to travel by train to pick it up. We decided to take the kids and make a weekend out of it, they absolutely love it, of course the DVD helped. The dealer treated us perfect they picked us up at the train station in an 07 MDX and when we pulled into the lot the first thing we saw was our 04 staring at us, it looked like new, they installed a trailer hitch free of charge form another MDX,which we agreed on, but they also installed a remote started at no cost which was not in our agreement, great surprise! the MDX was Acura certified so was just like new and only had 68,000 kms(42,000 miles on it) WE LOVE IT and believe we made a good decision and hope it is as reliable as what I have been reading.

Wow. What dealer was that? I assume it's north of the border as you indicated kilometers.
Personally I just picked up my "new to me" 04 Tech/RES MDX on Friday and I love it too. Quite a difference coming from my Passat. Going in tomorrow to get a USASpec iPod adapter as my Passat had a 20gig Phatbox in the trunk and I miss my music!
This board has been invaluable in making my decision, now I also look forward to participating in the forums.

The dealer was "Acura on Brant" in Burlington Ontario Canada
Salesman was Craig Patey.The thing that amazed me was I am not even related,just a guy off the streets.Love the ride when I can beat my wife to the drivers seat. |
