| well i bought my car on 9/24. i also purchased the chrome side step and roofrails with crossbars. they didnt have time to install it so they schedule an appointment for me to bring it in saturday 10/4. it came time for me to pick the X up but they put the running boards on instead. i was pretty upset. they told me i had to leave the car in their shop over the wkend becuz they didnt want anything happening to the running boards. so here i am waiting on them to call me. they are supposed to take care of some scratches also. |

| Wow. You have every right to be angry at them. They have no excuse for this screw-up especially for imprisoning your car for so long. After the car was complete, if I were you, I would fire them at the spot. |

I would think twice about going back to that dealership. I know that Acura dealerships are VERY limited in Lousyanna.......Baton Rouge is the only one for Lafayette and neus Iberia folks........that sucks big time too !

I'm guessing you purchased your car from Walker. I made that mistake once, and have since been a very satisfied customer of Acura of Baton Rouge.
Living in Madisonville, it's a one hour ride to B.R. , versus 45 minutes (if I'm lucky) to Metairie. A no brainer for me.
Good luck with your MDX. Once you get over this headache, you'll love it.

yes, i purchased it from walker. we have been loyal customers to them. they usually take good care of us. my car is still at the dealer cuz the guy who was suppose to fix the scratches didn't make it. so that's 3 days without my car that i'm paying monthly notes on :mad: |

the salesman give me a diagram of the car and told me to walk thru it and mark down any scratches or dings on the car. there were a couple of little scratches but the one by the driver's door had a 5inch scratch mark. it wasn't every deep, maybe some buffing would take care of it. yes they gave me a loaner mdx, 07 with 43,000 miles that reiched of some cheap motel. |
