I know there's already a bunch of info on this under a thread in the general forum but I thought I'd start up a new one here for the further developments.
I stopped by my dealership to have it ordered.
It was the first !problem! reported with any of the MDX's they've sold to date. Anyway, they checked and the audio unit is on back order nationwide. They've ordered a replacement and will let me know when it arrives.

When did you get your MDX? I just picked up my MDX last Sunday and I was curious if this has been fixed in newly built MDXs versus earlier production runs?

Picked mine up December 1, 2000. The buttons worked for about a month!

| I seem to have the same problem now. Interestingly, the buttons work when I first start it up in the (very cold) morning. After the radio "warms up", they sometimes work intermittently, or usually don't work at all. The problems seem to be confined to the radio button contacts themselves, as I CAN use the button on the steering wheel to cycle through the preset stations (the radio hasn't "forgotten" them). |
