Has anyone, themselves, installed the side steps? A difficult process?

It seems another member, zonn, has done this and describes the installation below. You may want to contat him directly for more details.
Side steps: Raise the side of the MDX (ramps or wood 2x4's) and use a torque wrench.

| I've installed three sets of side steps. It's a fairly easy job, but it's time consuming. By yourself it will probably take about 3-4 hours. Good luck. |

Put the running boards on this weekend, and it took almost four hours; 2.5+ for the first one, 1 for the second. Working outside on an ice-covered driveway in the snow didn't help, but ever since I put ski racks on, the MDX won't fit in the garage...
Other hinderances: having to clear all the sand and salt out of the bolt holes; not having an extension piece for the rachet.
Over all, a fairly simple job.
