I think the general purpose of the bars is to get approval from the wives. By now convincing the wife that she needs bars, and by picking the most expensive ones on the market, I'm now free to roam for a cheaper bull bar and still get other add-ons and make it seem like a deal! :D Has anyone found a manufacturer of bull bars for the X yet?

superdave when you find a bull bar for the MDX let us know! I'm sure the bull bar will be one of the, if not the TOP updagrade for all of us MDX owners!!!

i have been seeing a lot of MDX's on the street now-a-days! So, hopefully, manufacturers will finally take the initiative to start making aftermarket grills, bull bars, etc...

keep MDXin' fellas.

After investing in the 20s` I know you guys said you liked them and I know they look hot but now that you have had them a little longer is your opinion still the same on the ride and has your gas mileage decreased significantly? The Goodyear dealer was a bit discouraging, he said that I would feel the little lane divider bumps on the street, the ride would be noticeably stifffer and not nearly as cushy as the Acura set up. He said with the 40-50 I put on with the 20s` I would have better cornering / handling but on the long trips to the river or on vacation I would really " feel " the road but I would giving up comfort. He also said I would at least be looking good while doin it. We all seem to get typically 15-17 in town on our MDXs` and 22-25 on the hiway just wondering how your 20s` effected that. Thanks for the feedback.

Big Gorilla,

The ride is diffinitley not "cushy", which for me is a good thing. With my setup the ride is not harsh, i don't have to creep over every nook and crany. As far as gas mileage, I get about 22-23 on the hw and about 16-18 in the city...

Honestly, if you're looking to keep the stock ride quality then i would not upgrade the wheels. When going with 20's the quality does change but wether is better or worse is all personal perception. I would suggest to go +1 or +2 at most if you want to keep the stock ride.

Keep MDXin' fellas!
