Has anyone done a comparison of the Acura All-season mats versus the MacNeil's mats? (http://www.macneilauto.com/store/)
Acura's mat is selling for only $91 at Tim's Hondaacuraworld, while the front and rear set of MacNeil mats are around $89. So the price is almost the same.
I know that for the front mats, the MacNeil is a little large and covers the left foot rest area better,
so my question is, what about the rear mats??
Is either one of them "connected" to cover the entire length of the 2nd row floor? (like the original carpet-mat)
Or are they separated and leave the center part empty? I haven't found any pictures of either the MacNeil's rear mats or the Acura's rear all-season mats.
Thanks for any opinions

| I have the Acura mats- the rear mats are a single long connected piece and covers the carpet pretty good. I have two small bambinos with muddy shoes all the time and I have no worries. |

| I have the McNeil for 3 rows. The 2nd & 3rd row are comprised of 2 mats that interlock and look like 1 single mat across. The fronts fit perfect; the 2nd row needs a little trimming; and the 3rd row needs a lot of trimming (just use a good pair of scissors; the mats are designed to be trimmed). But they come in 3 colors (Acura only black) and cost about $120 for 3 rows delivered. I like them. |

Ok, it seems that the 2nd row mats are pretty much the same, so no issues there.
But now I'm concerned about the front mats, especially the driver's side.
I remember some people commenting that it doesn't cover the left footrest area (similar to the carpet mat), but I also noticed that it didn't cover the area under the gas pedal. (only the break pedal)
Isn't this sort of bad and can allow water or dirt to slip through??
Can somone who has the Acura front mats comment on whether it has been able handle rain or snow or dirt fine and not allow them to leak under? |

| I don't know about the Acura brand. My McNeil mats do cover the "dead" pedal. Deep groves to hold crud too. Check with McNeil, they might have a money-back guarantee. |
