| Today I was applying Zanio's Leather cleaner and conditioner. When I was applying the conditioner it seemed like I was using a lot. When I was done I realized that I used 1/4th of the bottle. Did I use to mutch? I am a perfectionest and I wanted to do it right. I previously have been using Lexal but I was intrested in Zaino's because it is supposed to smell like leather, I hoped it would cover up that strange MDX new car smell. When I finished I polished it even though they say you dont have to and it looks great. It brings out the color and makes it feel softer. I used it on all leather, the entire seats on the leather part on the door panels and on the head rests. I also used it on the center consle arm rest. Also how often are you supposed to treat the leather? |

ifeldman, yes it seems you are using too much. I use a cotton applicator....pour the creme onto it and spread evenly over the leather (and vinyl, too!). Then I buff with another cotton cloth.
Try using a bit less....do you use Zaino's leather cleaner before the conditioner?
Yes, Zaino smells like leather. It is great.
I treat my leather about once a month....like you, a perfectionist!:D |
