| I held off on the running boards to see, if anyone knows off any aftermarket RBs that come with lights like those on the Navigator ? |

Although I don't know that you can get those for the Acura. Our Expedition has them and it's nice when it's dark and you unlock the doors it lights up the bottom of the doors.
I have the running boards and they look nice, but I don't use them getting in or out of the MDX. It's short enough that they aren't needed for me. The kids use them if they get into the 3rd row seat. But I think that's the only time they get used.
Hope you can find something. It would be a nice addition to the "X".

I've been thinking about getting puple neon lights underneath the MDX. Infact I just posted that in another thread. What is your opinion on that. Do you think it's a corny idea or it just for the old 50's cars that have been fixed up?

| I personally think it doesn't go as well with the MDX. MDX conveys class and luxury. The lights suggest more "I've got a Civic, therefore I have to make it different from the other Civics..." I was just suggesting it as an alternative to a lit running boards. But I know what you mean, those neon lights, including on the license plate and windshield washers are really cool looking. I think it comes down to personal taste. |
