Ever since I've owned my 'X I've noticed a shrill and annoying whining sound coming from the front passenger seat area. The sound seems to get louder the faster I go and if I drive real aggressively it becomes almost deafening! Strangely enough the sound disappears when I'm driving alone or with friends, it's only when I'm with my wife that I notice it. Darnedest thing...
