Is there any way to upgrade my 2001 MDX and install the Nav system? Where would I find a nav system cheap? Or would it be easier to simply do the NAV with video input all at once? I plan to eventually add a flip down DVD for the kids, but since I just got my MDX, I am looking for suggestions. I am in St. Louis, MO if that matters.

Do some searches on here, it's a big subject.. there is no easy way to back-fit the Acura Nav (a la Alpine).
There are serveral after-market options, the Garmin Pilot appearing to be the easiest to work with.

look around for the Navi Unit with the DVD reader. Someone in Ebay was selling a 6 Disc/Navi screen unit with the player not to long ago (last week). I believe this guy took/talking it out from a totalled Touring/Navi 'X. He was from Portland, Or. I asked him how much it was, he said $2500 for the package. A little pricey for me especially you could've gotten the Navi for $2000.

Just be careful with navi ebay auctions. Ive seen a few but emailed the seller to find out they sell the DVD unit and screen without the antenna.
