This was also reported by tl_jackson back in January in the Knowledge Base. (It took me several weeks of visiting this board before I found the Knowledge Base, so I'm posting here, too. If I'm just being a boob it won't be the last time! ;)
The break pedal has side-to-side play of maybe a quarter- or half-inch, ever since I picked the 'X up. Otherwise, breaking is just fine.
(Oh yeah, I really *love* this car.)
This is on a new '02.
Does anyone besides tl_jackson and me have this problem?

lateral play of 1/4" or so is normal. |
